Simple Advertising Contract Sample (US)

Scope of Work:
The Service Provider agrees to create, manage, and execute advertising campaigns for the Advertiser on specified digital platforms, as detailed in the attached scope of work.
Compensation:
The Advertiser shall pay the Service Provider a fixed fee of $5,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt, or as otherwise agreed herein.
Party Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall deliver the agreed advertising services with due professional care, adhering to applicable advertising standards and laws. The Advertiser shall provide necessary access, information, and cooperation for successful campaign execution.
