Parties Involved:
Affiliate: XYZ Influencers LLC

Scope of Agreement:
This agreement licenses the Affiliate to promote the Company’s products or services within the United States, according to the terms outlined herein.
Commission & Payment Terms:
The Affiliate shall earn a commission of 10% on each sale generated through their unique referral link, payable monthly within 15 days of the end of each calendar month.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products ethically, comply with applicable marketing laws, and refrain from engaging in any false or misleading advertising.
Term & Termination:
This contract begins on the effective date and continues for an initial period of 12 months, automatically renewing unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior.
Governing Law:

Additional Provisions:
