Lance Contract Sample (Canada & US)

Parties Involved:

Lance Inc. (Service Provider)
Address: 123 Maple Avenue, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada

Client: Acme Corporation (Client)
Address: 456 Oak Street, New York, NY 10001, USA

Scope of Services:

Lance Inc. agrees to provide the specified professional services to Acme Corporation as outlined in the attached Schedule A, covering activities within Canada and the US as agreed upon.

Payment Terms:

The client shall pay Lance Inc. a total fee of $X, payable according to the schedule outlined in Schedule B. All payments shall be made in USD or CAD as applicable.

Lance Inc. Responsibilities:

Lance Inc. commits to delivering the services with due care and professionalism, adhering to the standards applicable in both Canada and the US, and complying with all relevant legal requirements.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the State of New York, USA, depending on the jurisdiction of the services rendered or as mutually agreed.

Additional Provisions:

• The parties agree to cooperate fully and provide necessary information for the execution of this contract.
• Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
