Parties Involved:

Service Provider: CleanSweep Janitorial Inc.

Scope of Services:

The service provider agrees to perform janitorial services including cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and maintenance at the client’s premises located at 789 Commerce Road, New York, NY 10003, or other designated locations as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Service Terms:

Services shall be provided on a schedule mutually agreed upon, with the standard frequency of cleaning being three times per week. Payment shall be made monthly, based on the agreed fee schedule.
