Influencer Contract US Sample
Parties Involved:
Brand: XYZ Brands Inc.

Influencer: Jane Doe

Scope of Work:
The influencer agrees to create and share specified content on social media platforms, including posts, stories, or videos, as outlined in the project brief, to promote the brand’s products/services during the campaign period.
Compensation:
The brand shall pay the influencer a fee of $5,000, payable within 15 days after the content has been delivered and approved, as per the terms specified herein.
Influencer Responsibilities:
The influencer shall produce authentic content, adhere to the agreed timeline, disclose sponsored content per FTC guidelines, and promote only approved products/services.
Legal & Compliance:
Both parties agree to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including disclosing sponsored content and avoiding misleading claims.
