Church Musician Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Church: Grace Community Church

Musician: John Doe

Scope of Services:

The musician shall provide Sunday worship music, special event performances, and related musical services as agreed upon, in accordance with the church’s needs and standards.

Compensation:

The church shall pay the musician a monthly stipend of $X, payable on the last day of each month, or as otherwise specified herein.

Musician Responsibilities:
