Bakery: Sweet Delights LLC

Client: Fresh Café Inc.

Product Description:

The bakery shall supply freshly baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, as specified in subsequent orders or agreements, to the client at the designated location.

Delivery & Payment Terms:

Payments shall be made within 10 days of invoice receipt. Delivery shall occur twice weekly, or as otherwise arranged, with goods conforming to quality standards specified herein.

Bakery Responsibilities:

The bakery commits to providing fresh, high-quality products on schedule and complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York courts.

Additional Provisions:

  • The client agrees to place orders at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes to menu items or delivery schedules must be agreed upon in writing.
  • All deliveries shall be inspected upon receipt, and any damages or discrepancies reported promptly.
