Property Description:
The property to be staged is located at 9012 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, including all interior spaces designated for staging as mutually agreed upon.
Scope of Work:
The stager shall furnish furniture, decorations, and accessories to enhance the property’s visual appeal, based on the plan agreed upon with the client, and shall complete staging within the specified timeframe.
Payment Terms:
The total fee for staging services shall be $2,500, payable upon execution of this agreement, with a 50% deposit required upfront. Remaining balance due upon completion.
Stager Responsibilities:
The stager agrees to provide professional staging services, ensure timely setup, and maintain the property during the staging period. The client shall provide access to the property as needed.
