Parties Involved:

Booking Agent: XYZ Travel Services LLC

Booking Details:

The booking pertains to the reservation at the Grand Ocean Hotel, 789 Beachside Drive, Miami, FL 33139, or any alternative accommodation agreed upon.

Terms and Conditions:

The client agrees to pay a booking fee of $200 to the booking agent upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid as per the payment schedule outlined herein, prior to check-in.

Agent Responsibilities:

The agent shall provide assistance with reservations, confirmations, and essential travel details, and ensure all bookings are made in accordance with the client’s preferences and the hotel’s policies.
