Sample Art Licensing Contract (US)

Parties Involved:

Licensor: XYZ Artists LLC

Licensee: ABC Retail Inc.
Address: 456 Commerce Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90001

Artwork Details:

The artwork subject to this agreement is titled “Sunset Dreams,” created by XYZ Artists LLC, and described as a digital illustration suitable for product licensing.

License Terms:

The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for merchandise, promotional materials, and digital media within the United States for a period of two (2) years, subject to renewal and terms specified herein.

Royalties and Payment:

The licensee shall pay the licensor a royalty of 10% of gross sales derived from products featuring the artwork, payable quarterly within 30 days of the end of each quarter.

Licensor Responsibilities:
